This is where you can find information about mediation, negotiation and arbitration – the work I love doing – and some background information about the field of alternative dispute resolution and research into best practices .

I’m also dedicating this page to musings, discussions and posting of material that helps us find a way to build healthy, peaceful communities through meaningful and compassionate engagement.

Please check in when you can for new postings and join in the conversation.

About pacificpolicies

Mediation is the most satisfying work I've ever done. Helping people to find mutually acceptable resolutions to problems, even in longstanding and complex disputes, is an honour that I highly value and a responsibility that I take very seriously. I have a sliding scale fee schedule to ensure low income people and not-for profit organisations can access alternative dispute resolution and avoid costly court actions. I'm a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC), the British Columbia Arbitration and Mediation Institute (BCAMI) and registered on the Mediate BC Civil Mediators Roster: http://www.mediatebc.com/Find-a-Mediator/Mediator-Profile.aspx?RosterTypeId=1&MediatorId=402
